PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil member with a frame that facilitates fitting of lead wires to a coil, especially, fitting of the lead wires after the coil is mounted on the frame. SOLUTION: The coil member 1a with the frame includes a coil body comprising a conductor 3 and a bobbin 2 wound with the conductor 3, the lead wires 6 and 7 to which ends 3a and 3b of the conductor 3 are connected, and the frame-shaped frame 8 coming into contact with both axial end surfaces of the coil body to support the coil body and forming a magnetic circuit for magnetic flux generated by the coil body. The bobbin 2 has collar portions 2c and 2d forming both axial end surfaces, a storage portion 25 in which the lead wires 6 and 7 are stored projecting from an opening portion 8c of the frame 8 in parallel to an end of the frame 8 is provided at a peripheral edge of the collar portion 2d, and in the storage portion 25, the lead wires 6 and 7 or terminals are disposed along a surface parallel to or nearly parallel to an opening surface M of the frame 8.
