PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a vibration control device which enables the vibration control device to be easily mounted between a horizontal member and a sill, arranged in such a manner as to be vertically isolated from each other even in a columnless location. SOLUTION: The vibration control device 1 is arranged between the horizontal member 2 and the sill 3 which are arranged in such a manner as to be vertically isolated from each other, a horizontal frame 12 on the rectangular frame 7 of the vibration control device 1 is attached to the horizontal frame 2 via an upper structural material 25 like a rectangular plate, and a horizontal frame 26 under the rectangular frame 7 of the vibration control device 1 is attached to the sill 3 via a lower structural material 26 like a rectangular plate. Thus, the vibration control device 1 can be easily mounted between the horizontal member 2 and the sill 3 which are arranged in such a manner as to be vertically isolated from each other even in the columnless location.
