<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce a moving image or/and voice linked to content with an image formed therein. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An MFP (multi function peripheral) includes: a download unit 51 for downloading a Web page on a network; an image formation control unit 59 for causing an image of the downloaded Web page to be formed on a sheet; a history management unit 61 for storing a history indicating that the image of the Web page has been formed; a content storage unit 65 for storing the moving image data or/and voice data linked to the Web page in association with the Web page; and a reproduction unit 63 for receiving an instruction for the stored history to reproduce the moving image data or/and voice data associated with the Web page identified in the history to be identified by the received instruction.
