<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a power supply to powers required for each channel, and to improve the overall quality of an operation service. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A radio base station device 1 has: an amplitude control section 3 adjusting the amplitudes of the channels; a modulation section 4 obtaining modulation signals by carrying out modulation processings containing multiple processings to the amplitude-adjusted channels; a radio section 51 converting the modulation signals into radio frequency bands; and a power control section 52 controlling the powers of the modulation signals and adjusting a transmission power. The radio base station device 1 has: a plurality of amplitude correction sections 321 to 32N (not shown) correcting the amplitudes in response to each of a plurality of the channels N; a power detecting section 53 detecting the powers of the modulation signals; and an information managing section 7 managing operation state information to a plurality of the channels. The radio base station device 1 further has a data control section 6 controlling a plurality of the amplitude correction sections 321 to 32N respectively in response to the powers of the modulation signals and the operation state informations 71a.
