<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve thrust of a magnet without causing upsizing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The actuator 108 is equipped with: a yoke 301 equipped with an iron core part 401 round which a coil 201 is wound, and a pair of projecting parts 402 projecting from both ends of the iron core part 401 in a center direction of the winding of the coil 201 to a direction orthogonal to the center direction; and the magnet 202 capable of displacing in the winding direction of the coil 201 between the pair of projecting parts 402, and uses such a magnet 202 that is polarized to a plurality of poles in the displacing direction and polarized to two poles in a facing direction of the pair of projecting parts.
