<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a living body organ support device and method that significantly decrease the motion of living body texture in imaging of living bodies, will not damage the texture, and acquire a laminating image of the depth direction, using a confocal laser microscope. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This living body organ support device 1 has a support stage 2 for mounting an organ 20 of a living-body animal 18. The organ 20 of the living-body animal 18 is drawn out of the body, without separating it from the body of the living-body animal 18, and the drawn organ 20 is mounted on the support stage 2 so as to support the organ 20.
