<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep two members assembled through a clip to improve ease of work, by continuous simple operation in one direction. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In structure for assembling two members, a first member of either of a predetermined installation member or a mating member thereof is provided with a mounting hole, a second member of the other of them is provided with a columnar pedestal, and the members are mutually assembled through the clip. The clip 10 can be inserted into the mounting hole of the first member, and the pedestal of the second member can be inserted into the clip 10 from a tip side thereof. When the clip is inserted into the mounting hole while inserting the pedestal into the clip 10, lock claws 20, 22 of the clip is locked to the first member and fastening edges 18 of the clip bite into an outer surface of the pedestal.
