PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation base easy to lower a floor in height adjustment of leg parts of equipment and having excellent vibration-proof effect in lateral vibration. SOLUTION: This installation base is structured of a disk-like frame member with a vibration-proof material installed therein and to be installed in the grounding surface, and fitting bolts mounted on the top surface of the frame member. The vibration-proof material is provided with one or a plurality of concentric ribs in the top surface thereof, and at least one of them is formed into a shape having a tapered cross section being enlarged downward. The disk-like frame member is formed with one or a plurality of recessed grooves corresponding to one or the plurality of concentric ribs of the vibration-proof material, and a protruding guide to be fitted on the outer peripheral surface of the vibration-proof material is stood in the periphery thereof. The fitting bolt to be fitted to a leg part of equipment is formed with a pivot to be fitted in a bolt receiver recessed part provided in the top surface of the frame member in a lower end thereof.
