The device has textile electrodes (101, 103) comprising line samples (101b, 103b), which are formed by imprinting of a conductive material on materials (101a, 103a) of the textile electrodes. A textile substrate unit (110) is arranged between the textile electrodes so that the textile electrodes are arranged at a distance from each other. The substrate unit exhibits a connecting hole (111), which is formed such that the textile electrodes stay in contact with one another. A control unit (120) provides an input signal to the substrate unit and detects the input signal.
