PURPOSE: A video signal process method and an apparatus thereof for decoding video signal are provided to decode video signal in which the redundancy of the picture between time points is removed. CONSTITUTION: A video signal processor is as follows. A block type of first corresponding blocks within the first reference times in a reference list is obtained in deblocking filter unit(500). The block type of the second homologous blocks motion data is acquired within second reference time. The current block is decoded in the motion alarm of the second homologous blocks by using the block type of the second homologous blocks. The reference list includes the first reference lists or the second reference lists. The first reference lists include the reference time of the forward direction. |
