<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording device, in which strike-through of an image can be prevented, excellent in long-term stability and an image fixing property. <P>SOLUTION: An ink-jet recording device 1 generally includes a paper feed cassette 2 for setting regular paper P as a recording medium, a charge roller 6 for charging the regular paper P, a conveying belt 8 for conveying the regular paper P, and a recording head unit 12 for injecting to print a water-based ink on the regular paper P. A surface potential of the regular paper P is charged with the charge roller 6 to reverse polarity (i.e. positive) of charged polarity of a pigment contained in the water-based ink. The water-based ink used for the ink-jet recording device 1 has conductivity of <0.05 S/m, and the pigment is negatively charged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
