摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamination type piezoelectric actuator that sufficiently secures bonding strength between a lead wire and an elastic external electrode, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The lamination type piezoelectric actuator includes a piezoelectric actuator body 2 having a plurality of piezoelectric material layers 21 and a plurality of internal electrode layers 22 alternately laminated, the external electrode 3L which is disposed on a side surface of the piezoelectric actuator body 2 while extended in the laminating direction and to which internal electrode layers 22 are connected every other layer, and the lead wire 4L joined to the external electrode 3L to supply electric power from a power source to the external electrode 3L, the external electrode 3L being formed to extend and contract in the laminating direction by combining a plurality of conductive wire materials.
