摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic clutch capable of finely adjusting I-T characteristics and reducing the unevenness of the I-T characteristics at each unit body, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof and a driving force transmitting device. <P>SOLUTION: A driving force transmitting device comprises a pilot clutch 14 constituted as an electromagnetic clutch using an electromagnetic coil 25 as a driving source. The driving force transmitting device is formed with a main magnetic circuit M1 in which a magnetic beam generated by electrifying the electromagnetic coil 25 passes through in order of a yoke 30, a rear housing 6, the pilot clutch 14, an armature 32, the pilot clutch 14, the rear housing 6 and the yoke 30. An adjusting member 41 forming an auxiliary magnetic circuit M2 which does not require the armature 32, an outer clutch plate 23 and an inner clutch plate 24 as structural elements of the magnetic circuit is provided based on the unevenness of the I-T characteristics at each unit body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
