PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a viewer to clearly distinguish and handle program data for a fixed device and program data for a mobile device. SOLUTION: The program recorder includes: a program recording control means for recording the program data of broadcasting for a mobile receiver, transmitted by digital terrestrial broadcasting with the mobile receiver as an object, and the program data of broadcasting for a fixed receiver, for which the fixed receiver is the object, in a recording means; and a display control means for outputting the program list of the programs to be reproduced using the program data recorded in the recording means so as to be displayed at a video display means such that which of the broadcasting for the mobile receiver and the broadcasting for the fixed receiver the program data are for is distinguished.
