<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device suppressing variation in delay time including the influence of manufacturing variations in a delaying circuit. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor device includes a delaying circuit 11, a delay determining section 5 and a program section 6. The delaying circuit 11 is configured to delay an input signal C1 based on an internal setting and outputs it as a timing signal S. The delay determining section 5 is configured to determine a delay state of each of a plurality of delay signals T1, T2, T3 obtained by delaying the timing signal S, based on the plurality of delay signals T1-T3.
