PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extruded flat perforated pipe for a heat exchanger, which can prevent deterioration of corrosion resistance due to an ununiform concentration distribution of Zn in a Zn film formed on the outer surface thereof and has high corrosion resistance. SOLUTION: The extruded flat perforated pipe for the heat exchanger is made from an aluminum alloy which comprises, by mass%, 0.01 to 0.4% Si, 0.01 to 0.3% Fe, 0.05 to 0.7% Mn, 0.05 to 0.2% Ti, and the balance Al with unavoidable impurities, while controlling a total amount of Si and Mn to 0.8% or less and Cu of unavoidable impurities to 0.1% or less, makes AlFeSi stable phases among particles with particle areas of 1.0μm<SP>2</SP>or more dispersed in a matrix occupy 0.1% or more but less than 0.5% by an area rate, and has a layer of a composition to be brazed which contains at least a flux including Zn, an Si powder and a binder, provided on the outer surface of the pipe.
