<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery slip set with a flier which can be distributed to a customer in a combined form of a flier and a delivery slip. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A flier paper body is formed larger in size than the delivery slip set, and the delivery slip set is constituted of a plurality of delivery slip forms stacked in a rectangular shape, and the stacked delivery slip forms are bonded together by an adhesive applied along both side edges of the back of the delivery slip forms. In addition, the delivery slip form located at the bottom and the face of the flier paper body are bonded together by the adhesive applied along both side edges of the back of the delivery slip form located at the bottom. Besides, cut perforations are formed in parallel with each adhesive applied part of both side edges of the delivery slip form, in each delivery slip form of the delivery slip forms. The interval of the cut perforations formed in parallel with each delivery slip form of the stacked delivery slip forms, is set in the way that the lower ranking position the delivery slip form assumes, the narrower the interval becomes in the center direction.
