<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly run a stream of conditioned air toward the rear side of a vehicle from the front side thereof in the lower part of a seat cushion of a vehicular seat. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A warmed air stream that runs from the front side of a vehicle to the rear side thereof is brought to hit a front side shielding section 120, after which the stream flows along the wall surfaces of the front side shielding section 120. The warmed air then flows into a wind path 118 after moving along the bordering section between the vehicle front part of a wind channel section 110 and the front side shielding section 120, after which it moves through the wind channel 118 to smoothly run to the rear side of the vehicle. A lower cover 100 is made of plastic with a high heat-insulating capability (with a low heat conduction coefficient), while the front side shielding section 120 is so constructed that it covers a seat skeleton member 50 as viewed in front view, whereas the seat skeleton member 50 is disposed outside the outer wall surface 110A of a wind channel section 110. Thereby, the warmed wind runs without hitting the seat skeleton member 50, preventing the temperature fall of the warmed wind due to its heat being deprived of by the seat skeleton member 50.
