<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion part of an endoscope for maintaining excellent resolution correction ability, an airtight function, and a bending function without a hard adhesive that is coated and hardened on an outer surface of a tight binding thread of a rear end of an outer skin tube receiving an adverse influence when the outer skin tube of a bending part is swollen by a slight inner-outer pressure difference (inner pressure > outer pressure) that does not operate an existing check valve. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In an insertion part of an endoscope, a bending part 20 is wrapped by an elastic outer skin tube 24, a part near a rear end of the outer skin tube 24 is tightly bound and fixed by a thread member 32 near the rear end part of the bending part 20, a hard adhesive 33 is coated and hardened on an outer surface of the thread member 32, a double-sided tape 35 forming adhesive layers on both sides from near a front end part of a region where at least the hard adhesive 33 is coated and hardened to a region more front is attached by adhesion between an inner peripheral surface of the outer skin tube 24 and a member facing its inside.
