<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flowmeter which is free of wrong integration, while reducing the cost of the flowmeter. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The flowmeter is equipped with a sensor detecting a magnetism change, derived from rotation of a disk by rotating the disk on which periphery a plurality of magnets are disposed with a uniform span, and measures the flow rate based on the measured values of the on/off signals output from the sensor. The plurality of magnets contain magnets that are magnetized by different magnetic forces so that the duty ratios of on/off signal output from the sensor are different. The flowmeter detects rotation direction of the disk based on the order of outputting of the duty ratios of on/off signal output from the sensor, counts the on/off signal by reverse rotation, and compensates the measured value of on/off signal to measure the flow rate. At least one or all of the plurality of magnets are magnetized with different magnetisms so that the duty ratios of on/off signal output from the sensor are different.
