<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an accurate ground resistance from a measured wave obtained by a dynamic load test, by using a characteristic curve method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An operation part 53 calculates a wave at a pile head from the measured wave measured in the dynamic load test as an input wave into a pile model by the characteristic curve method using an introduction position of the input wave as a pile head. The operation part 53 calculates waves at one or more nodes of a pile based on the input wave by the characteristic curve method. A control part 56 determines a ground resistance at each node based on a wave at the node by using a parameter selection part 52, the operation part 53, and a wave shape matching part 54.
