<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the air-conditioning structure of a vehicle seat for preventing air to be supplied to a seat from being mixed with air in a vehicle interior. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The air-conditioning structure of a vehicle seat is provided with: an air-conditioner side air duct 23 to which the air conditioned by the air-conditioner is supplied and in which an opening part 39 is formed; a seat 1 which has a seat cushion 3 and in which an insertion hole 13 is bored in a seat pad 9 composing the seat cushion 3; an air guide part 27 which is extended from the seat cushion 3 of the seat 1 and has an end part inserted in the opening part 39 of the air-conditioner side air duct 23; and a fan device 33 which is placed inside the air guide part 27 and supplies the air in the air guide part 27 toward the seat cushion 3.
