PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably provide pellets having excellent blocking resistance against blocking occurring in production, transportation, and processing of styrene-based elastomer resin pellets. SOLUTION: A coagulation composition is prepared such that an antiblocking agent, which is an aqueous emulsion of a polymer principally consisting of an aromatic vinyl monomer, is freezed to be solidified, and then, thawed. Then, in a water tank, after the coagulation composition is prepared so that its solid content concentration is 1.0-10 wt.%, and an aqueous polymer is added to the water tank, the styrene-based elastomer resin pellets are immersed, and the pellets with excellent blocking resistance are obtained. Preferably, the water-soluble polymer is a methyl cellulose. Preferable concentration of the water-soluble polymer in the water tank is 0.1-100 ppm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
