PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrugated steel plate earthquake-resisting wall capable of preventing the shear buckling of the corrugated steel plate and preventing the breakage and damage of finishing members. SOLUTION: The finishing members 26, 28 are arranged oppositely on both surfaces of the corrugated steel plate 22, and joined to each other with bolts 30 and long nuts 32 in a state that the corrugated steel plate 22 and the finishing members 26, 28 are in contact with each other. Consequently, the corrugated steel plate 22 and the finishing members 26, 28 in collaboration withstand the deformation of the corrugated steel plate 22 in an out-of-plane direction. Therefore, the rigidity of the corrugated steel plate 22 against the deformation in the out-of-plane direction becomes higher and the shear buckling is prevented. In the meantime, bolt holes 40 formed at the corrugated steel plate 22 are oval extending in the horizontal direction, and the bolts 30 are movable in the horizontal direction. Namely, the corrugated steel plate 22 can be displaced in the horizontal direction independently from the finishing members 26, 28 within the range of the allowance of the bolt holes 40. Consequently, the finishing members 26, 28 do not follow the shear deformation of the corrugated steel plate 22, and the breakage and damage of the board members are prevented.
