摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there has been a requirement to improve exhaust gas, fuel economy and an output which are deteriorated when fuel sticks to a wall surface of a combustion chamber, in a cylinder injection type internal combustion engine. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A control device of a fuel injection valve has a valve seat, a valve rod being a valve element, a solenoid, a moving piece fitted to the valve rod and movable in the axial direction to the valve rod and a solenoid, and opens a valve by separating the valve rod from the valve seat by attracting the moving piece by carrying an electric current to the solenoid. The control device is characterized by determining a fuel injection period of fuel injection N2 according to an injection interval between the injection finishing timing of fuel injection N1 and the injection starting timing of the next fuel injection N2 of the fuel injection N1 when performing divided injection for injecting fuel in a plurality of times in one stroke or one cycle of the internal combustion engine attached with the fuel injection valve.
