The seat cushion (10) has a contour (26) i.e. B-contour, comprising an elevation or a domed section (18) on a lower side aligned to a seat tub. The elevation or the domed section comprises an opening and/or a recess in the seat tub. Recesses on the contour control pressure increase in a genital region caused by an irregular support of the elevation or the domed section on the seat tub. The recesses on the contour lie symmetrically on a center line of the seat cushion, where a sectional surface of the recesses lies along or above an intended surface of the seat tub.
