A message transmitting method, a home agent device, a route device and system are provided in communication technology field. The method includes: the home agent HA corresponding to the route device receives new position identity information when the network which accesses in the network construction comprising multi locator domains through the route device leaves away the home access point and accesses to new position through the route device. The HA receives the message and the destination address of the message is the position identity information of the terminal in the network, the message is encapsulated with all or part of the new position identity information and is sent to the route device. The home agent device includes an identity information receiving module, a message receiving module and a transmitting module. The route device includes a process module and a sending module. The system includes a route device and a home agent device. The movement of the network in the multi-addresses space network construction is realized by this invention.
