DEVICE FOR DECONTAMINATING LIQUID TOXIC WASTE

The invention relates to devices for thermal decontamination of liquid toxic industrial waste and can be used as a component of technical systems for totally decontaminating waste of this type. The device comprises a metal caisson (1) with a cover (2), a metal tubular heat exchanger (3) mounted on supports (4), a combustion chamber (5), an iron pipe (6) for waste gas and an injection unit (7). The novelty of the device consists in that it also comprises an economizer (11), which is arranged in the middle part of the metal tubular heat exchanger and a homogenizer (12) which is coupled to a fuel supply system (8), a combustion catalyst feeding unit (14) and to a liquid toxic waste feeding channel (13). The invention makes it possible to increase the device productivity and to improve the quality of liquid toxic industrial waste decontamination.
