<p>The present invention relates to a sludge-removing device for a frying apparatus, and more particularly, to a sludge-removing device configured to easily remove sludge from frying oil supplied into a frying apparatus so as to prevent spoilage of the frying oil and to purify the frying oil. Product costs of the sludge-removing device are reduced, the sludge-removing device can be used together with hot frying food, and the sludge-removing device is provided discretely from a frying apparatus, thus saving space.</p> |
