<p>Provided is an indoor environment regulation system exhibiting an excellent energy efficiency. The indoor environment regulation system comprises constitution members (300, 400) of indoor surfaces consisting of a material containing a far-infrared radiation substance radiating/absorbing far infrared rays and having a far-infrared emissivity of 0.6 or above, and cooling and/or heating sources (200, 301) having cooling and/or heating surfaces consisting of a material containing a far-infrared radiation substance identical to the far-infrared radiation substance of the constitution members of indoor surfaces, characterized in that when the cooling surface of the cooling source (301) is cooled, the far-infrared radiation substance of the cooling surface absorbs far-infrared rays (62) radiated from the far-infrared radiation substance of the constitution members (300, 400) of indoor surfaces, and/or when the heating surface of the heating source (200) is heated, the far-infrared radiation substance of the constitution members (300, 400) of indoor surfaces absorbs far-infrared rays radiated from the far-infrared radiation substance of the heating surface.</p> |
