<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor system capable of suppressing the occurrence of a measuring error caused by the temperature of a service environment. <P>SOLUTION: The biosensor system 100 has a measuring part 41 (measuring part A) which has a measuring instrument 101 having an arithmetic part 306 and a sensor chip 200 which is freely detachable with respect to the measuring instrument 101 and into which a blood sample is introduced and constituted so that the sensor chip 200 acquires the data (a) related to the concentration of an analyte on the basis of the quantity of the current flowing through the blood sample by the reaction participated in oxidoreductase using the analyte in the blood sample as a substrate and a measuring part 42 (measuring part B) for acquiring data (b) for performing the temperature correction of the data (a) from the blood sample.
