<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system or the like for charging an electricity rate for each user with respect to a shared section of a dwelling house or facility. <P>SOLUTION: The electricity rate charging system 1 comprises a total management device 2, an electric energy management device (master device) 3, and an electric energy management device (slave device) 4. The total management device 2 is set in a management department of an electric power company located in each area, and the management device manages information related to user personal information and power contract, acquires a power usage of each user from the master device 3, and calculates and stores an electricity rate for each predetermined period. The master device 3 is set in a dwelling house or facility unit, and the master device acquires a user entering/exiting state in addition to acquisition of a measured power in a shared section where it is set similarly to the salve device 4, calculates and tabulates a power usage from measured powers by the salve device 4 and in the shared section related to itself, and delivers the result to the total management device 2. The slave device 4 is set in a shared section unit within the dwelling house or the facility, and the slave device performs acquisition of measured power in the shared section and user entering/exiting state, and delivers the result to the master device 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
