<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To vary discount rate for the commodity by an operation of an electronic POP apparatus which is installed in a sales floor. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic POP apparatus 2 is provided with: a display section 31 for displaying a commodity advertizing image; a display control section 61 for carrying out a display control on the display section 31; a time table storing section 52 for storing a table which is associated with attribute information indicating the discount rate for each commodity; a rewriting operation section for rewriting at least the attribute information for each commodity in the time table; and a radio communication section 35 for transmitting the rewritten result of the time table. In addition, a POS server 4 is provided with: a commodity master DB 81 for storing the commodity master; a communication mechanism 73 for receiving the rewritten result; and commodity master rewriting sections 74 and 83 for rewriting the discount rate for each commodity in the commodity master, on the basis of the rewritten result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
