<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for supplying a package material with a capsule for stably dropping an oblong spherical capsule in a housing pocket of a shutter roller from a shoot and stably supplying the package material with the capsule from the shutter roller. <P>SOLUTION: A housing pocket 3 of a shutter roller 4 and a capsule supply hole 5 of a shoot 6 are configured such that a long diameter direction of an oblong spherical capsule C is almost in parallel to a rotary axis of the shutter roller 4. The capsule-containing part 1 of the package material 2 is configured such that its longitudinal direction is almost orthogonal to the rotary axis of the shutter roller 4.
