<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect influence caused by a stimulus to tissue, an organ, and a cell using an element employing tissue, an organ, and a cell that are artificially differentiated. <P>SOLUTION: The influence to tissue, an organ, and a cell that is caused by a stimulus is detected by cellular interaction by use of the tissue, the organ, and the cell that are differentiated from an easily samplable cell, such as an epithelial tissue, by use of embryo cells and artificial pluripotent embryo cells. A method is constituted to detect the state that a signal transfer substance 5 is transferred from the stimulated cell 4 through a gap junction 6 to a different cell by adding a stimulus 3 to a differentiated cell 2 derived from the epithelial cell differentiated from a human skin epithelial cell 1 with a translation product 8 yielded by transferring and translating a nucleic acid 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
