PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device of an engine capable of properly controlling injection of urea water based on this detected temperature, by detecting the accurate temperature correlating with the nozzle temperature and the catalyst temperature, by avoiding sticking of the urea water to a temperature sensor.
SOLUTION: Exhaust gas after flowing in a DPF 10 arranged in an upper stage of a casing 2 is introduced into an agitating ring 13, and while being mixed with the exhaust gas by injecting the urea water into the agitating ring 13 from an injection nozzle 14 inserted into a nozzle hole 13b of the agitating ring 13, the exhaust gas is transferred to a selective reduction type NOx catalyst 11 of a casing lower stage via a large number of flow holes 13a penetratingly arranged in the agitating ring 13. A clearance S is formed between the injection nozzle 14 and the nozzle hole 13b, and a sensor hole 13c is penetratingly arranged on the lower side of the nozzle hole 13b. A temperature sensor 15 is arranged outside the agitating ring 13 in response to the sensor hole 13c, to detect the exhaust gas temperature of leaking to the outside from the inside of the agitating ring 13 via the clearance S and the sensor hole 13c.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
