<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water heater enabling more secure heat recovery from bath water. <P>SOLUTION: In the water heater, when bath heat recovery operation is executed, control means 50, 51 determine a stop condition of the bath heat recovery operation based on a difference between inflow temperature of bath water detected by an inflow temperature detection means 34 and outflow temperature of bath water detected by an outflow temperature detection means 35, and stop the bath heat recovery operation. Specifically, in the case where the difference between the inflow temperature and the outflow temperature of the bath water becomes below a predetermined value for a predetermined time or longer as the stop condition, the bath heat recovery operation is stopped. Alternatively, in the case where change amount of the difference between the inflow temperature and the outflow temperature of the bath water is continuously a predetermined amount or less for a predetermined time or longer as the stop condition, the bath heat recovery operation is stopped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
