PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely and satisfactorily store attached documents in a carton by decreasing load when pushing the attached documents into the carton together with an item. SOLUTION: A movable guide 11 and a fixed guide 10 hold attached documents 16 in an empty space between them, thereby forming creases 16a and 16b in the attached documents 16. A pusher 21 pushes an item 6 toward the opening 2a of the carton 2. As the attached documents 16 pushed by the item 6 is moved toward the opening 2a while folded along the creases 16a and 16b toward the item 6, the attached documents 16 is released from the held state, and also the movable guide 11 is gradually separated from the fixed guide 10 toward the opening 2a, thereby increasing the empty gap. Accordingly, without interfering with the movement of the attached documents 16 between the movable guide 11 and fixed guide 10, its resistance is mitigated.
