PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency oscillation apparatus for reducing the entire phase noise by frequency conversion. SOLUTION: The high-frequency oscillation apparatus includes: a high frequency output terminal for outputting high frequency; a first oscillator 11 for outputting a first oscillation frequency; a second oscillator 12 for outputting a second oscillation frequency equal to 1/N-fold waves (N=1, 2, 3, or the like: natural number) of the first oscillation frequency; a first frequency converter 21 provided with two input terminals, for which the first oscillator is connected to one input terminal and the second oscillator is connected to the other input terminal; a first band-pass filter 31 connected to the output terminal of the first frequency converter 21; and a frequency divider 41, inserted in between the output terminal of the first band-pass filter 31 and the high frequency output terminal. The passing frequency of the first band-pass filter 31 is the harmonic of the first or second oscillation frequency and is set to a frequency higher than the first oscillation frequency, and the harmonic comprises the output signals of the frequency divider 41.
