<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit an X-ray from leaking while inhibiting a shielding member used as a shielding curtain from generating twisting or curling, and inhibiting from a degradation of mechanical strength and durability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The X-ray inspection device 1 for inspecting an article P by using X rays includes a cabinet 11, and a first and a second shielding member 151, 161. The cabinet 11 incorporates an internal space S1 for irradiation with X rays and a path W1 for transporting the article P from external to internal space S1. The first and second shielding member 151, 161 are hung in the path W1, which shields the X ray. The positions of the first and the second shielding member are different while depending on the transporting directions 90 of the article P. Both the first and the second shielding member 151, 161 are provided with a first and a second hanging part of different lengths which are mutually rolled up independently.
