<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clean a liquid crystal panel at high cleanliness and reduce the burden on the environment. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cleaning composition is characterized by including a 0.1 to 3 mass% of polyoxyethyleneamine represented by the general formula (I), wherein R represents 12-22C hydrocarbon group, each of p and q independently represents an integer not less than 0, and average mole number of added ethylene oxide (an average of p+q) is 1 to 4.
