The device comprises a reaction container (1) containing microorganisms in which the waste water and gas are supplied over two tubes existing out of two component nozzles (2) concentrically arranged with one another. The gas guiding tube of the two component nozzle is surrounded under inclusion of free ring columns from the external tube guiding the waste water and ends with an interval for discharge opening of the external tube. The mixture of waste water and the gas is moved in the reaction container in a circulation. The two component nozzle is arranged in the reaction container. The device comprises a reaction container (1) containing microorganisms in which the waste water and gas are supplied over two tubes existing out of two component nozzles (2) concentrically arranged with one another. The gas guiding tube of the two component nozzle is surrounded under inclusion of free ring columns from the external tube guiding the waste water and ends with an interval for discharge opening of the external tube. The mixture of waste water and the gas is moved in the reaction container in a circulation. The two component nozzle is arranged in the reaction container so that its axis comprises a sharp angle with a horizontally passing line (3). A submersible pump is arranged within the reaction container by which the external tube of the two component nozzle presents in the reaction container guides the waste water and which is cooperated with the two component nozzle to a compact unit. The axis of the two material component passes in the direction of the base (10) of the reaction container and a side wall (11) oppositively lying the discharge opening of the two component nozzle. The two component nozzles are arranged on oppositively lying sides of the reaction container and transfers against each other.
