The system has a massive wall (1) provided with sufficient high heat storage characteristic, a heat transfer-guiding pipe system (2) for receiving heat transfer fluid. The heat transfer-guiding piping system is embedded in a suitable mortar (4) for transferring heat to the massive wall from the piping system. The massive wall, the heat transfer-guiding piping system, a heat insulation (3) and a closing surface on an inner wall plaster are arranged from an inner side to an outer side of the system.
