PURPOSE: A web browsing system capable of utilizing personal space regardless of a kinds of pop up output window is provided to supply necessary information by conveniently connecting a web site which a user desires using the internet. CONSTITUTION: A web browsing system capable of utilizing personal space regardless of a kinds of pop up output window includes a web browser(11), a content information database(22), a functional window control unit(121), and a functional window module(12). The content information database stores the content information in which an actuator is selected of a text, an image, and the moving picture. A layer crater drives the layer type functional window. The functional window control unit has the functional window manager consisting of the menu controller.
