PURPOSE: A vision training device and a vision training method for sports athlete are provided, which can improve a vision by repeating the training which recognizes the target material at fast speed. CONSTITUTION: A vision training device comprises a stereo-scopic image data output unit which outputs the target material which moves in three dimensions; a difficulty changing unit which changes the recognition difficulty of the target material which moves; and a display unit which shows the target material outputted from the stereo-scopic image data output unit through the stereo-scopic image.
