PURPOSE: A method for producing polymerization toner using organic solvent washing is provided to reduce dry period. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a polymerization toner using organic solvent washing comprises: a step of dispersing mixture of current controlling agent, pigment, wax and monomer in a solution containing dispersing agent to produce polymerization toner; a step of removing unreacted monomer; and a step of washing slurry with organic solvent or mixture of organic solvent and distilled water.
