<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil seal excellent in leakage preventing life by solving oil leakage by dissolving the cause of oil leakage in an oil seal provided with a sealing groove on sliding surface with a mating member of a sealing lip made of a resin. <P>SOLUTION: The oil seal 1 is provided with the sealing lip 5 including the sealing groove 5g on the sliding surface with the mating member 10. The sealing lip 5 is made of a fluoroethylene polymer containing a heat conductive filler such as copper a copper alloy, and preferably, the sealing lip 5 has a heat conductivity to 0.3 W/(mK) or higher. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
