<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a methacrylic resin composition for hot plate melt-bonding which hardly causes cobwebbing even at an elevated hot plate temperature in hot plate melt-bonding. <P>SOLUTION: The methacrylic resin composition for hot plate melt-bonding comprises a polymer produced by the bulk polymerization of a monomer mainly composed of methyl methacrylate. It is especially preferable that the polymer is a polymer produced by the bulk polymerization of 85-100 pts.wt. of methyl methacrylate and 0-15 pts.wt. of an acrylic ester.
