摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress amplitude of rotation speed fluctuation in a power transmission shaft system from becoming excessive without increasing production cost, in a hybrid power device. <P>SOLUTION: First and second input shafts 13a, 13b respectively rotationally driven by an engine 10 through first and second clutches C1, C2 are connected to an output shaft 14 through first and second gear switching mechanisms SM1, SM2, and one of both the input shafts is provided with a motor generator 15 and is also provided with an engine speed sensor 21 or engine speed sensors 21a, 21b detecting an engine speed. The motor generator is controlled such that fluctuating torque corresponding to the detected amplitude is applied to the engine at the same period as the detected fluctuation in a direction to cancel the detected fluctuation when the amplitude of the engine speed fluctuation detected by the engine speed sensor becomes a predetermined amplitude upper limit or above.
