<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio wave receiver which can improve the accuracy of receiving radio waves while shielding unnecessary external magnetism. <P>SOLUTION: A watch 100 as a radio wave receiver includes an antenna structure 30 to which external magnetic bodies 33 are connected. The external magnetic bodies 33, which are magnetically coupled to both ends of an antenna core 31 of the antenna structure 30 attract and favorably collect the magnetic flux of a standard time and frequency signal to capture the magnetic flux passing through the antenna core 31 favorably, thereby improving the sensitivity and accuracy of receiving the standard time and frequency signal. The external magnetic bodies 33 are arranged on the upper side and lower side of a housing 20, respectively. The external magnetic bodies 33 covers the upper side and lower side of a motor M2 to shield external magnetism, thereby making the external magnetism difficult to reach motor M2.
